This Saturday we welcome league-leaders Harlow Town to Lowfield for our second meeting this season. Harlow’s excellent fan base won’t have far to travel for this one, and we are looking forward to seeing a good turnout with a game of football to match.

Both teams go into this one on similar form with three wins and two draws in their last five, so whilst Harlow Town are a long way off in terms of league position, there are positive signs that will give cause for belief from the home support.

The early season meeting of the sides saw Hoddesdon put in a tenacious performance on a Tuesday night under the Harlow lights to earn an excellent point. Whilst possession was largely controlled by the home side, Hoddesdon were resolute and disciplined for their share of the spoils. The same levels of performance will be needed to keep out the Harlow Town attack on Saturday where they will be looking to add to their 70 goals scored already this season.

A win for the home side could see us back inside the playoff positions where we still hold several games in hand over other teams. All to play for in this exciting season.

The clubhouse will be open for the both the early and evening live Premier League games that we will be showing on our three large TV screens. The bar is fully stocked offering a range of great beers, ciders and stout on draught in conjunction with our partner and sponsor, Greene King. Indeed, Greene King's delicious Level Head IPA is our Man of the Match sponsor, and winners will be presented with a case for their efforts. Hot food and drink is also on offer from the tea bar.

We are anticipating a good attendance for the game so be sure to arrive early if you would like a seat. All are welcome!
