Hoddesdon can thank their influential captain Jack Gibbs for scoring with the last kick of the game to rescue a point at Lowfield this evening.
Trailing 2-1 deep into injury time, Gibbs popped up with the equaliser at the death after a scramble in the Cannons Wood goal mouth. Securing the draw, it was a fine over all performance from the defender, which saw him voted Greene King Man of the Match.
Pictured here receiving his prize from Assistant Manager Jeff Cross, Gibbs contributed to a vastly improved performance from the Lilywhites against opposition that are much higher in the table and firmly in the title hunt.
We thank our sponsors Greene King for their continued support.
